The Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, and best-selling author will take diners on a retrospective journey through his extensive career, from early Italian influences to Galway’s gourmet renaissance, and a glimpse into the world of Michelin-starred cooking.
This event is strictly over 18s, with no children allowed (including small babies). Roe & Co Distillery is an accessible venue, and all efforts will be made to accommodate guests with additional needs.
