This summer, Roe & Co Distillery invites you to an unforgettable culinary journey: Chef’s Stories by Roe & Co Distillery, a premium five-course food and whiskey experience like no other.
Over four weekends, some of Ireland’s most celebrated chefs take over our distillery, each curating a unique tasting menu paired with Roe & Co whiskey. Hosted by acclaimed food journalist Ali Dunworth, each evening blends gastronomy with storytelling, exploring the personal journeys of the chefs through five evocative themes: Inspire, Aspire, Perspire, Admire, and Retire.
This is more than a meal; it’s a multi-sensory experience. Guests will go on a journey of discovery and explore how stories are told through flavour, texture, and emotion. From the chaos of the kitchen to the calm of the writer’s desk, each course is a chapter in a story told through food and drink. Where every bite sparks a memory, and every sip tells a story.
Tickets are priced at €110 per person | Event duration 2 hours | Limited seats available.
