  • 30ml Roe & Co
  • 15ml Crème de Cacao
  • 20ml Lemon
  • 3 Strawberry
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Ice

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainers
  • Muddler
  • Coupe Glass
  • Knife

Method

Cut tops off strawberries & cut in half.

Add all ingredients to shaker

Shake without ice

Add ice to shaker and shake again

Double strain into chilled coupe

Garnish with half egg shell
