Ingredients
- 30ml Roe & Co
- 15ml Crème de Cacao
- 20ml Lemon
- 3 Strawberry
- 1 Whole Egg
- Ice

- Jigger
- Strainers
- Muddler
- Coupe Glass
- Knife
Method
Cut tops off strawberries & cut in half.
Add all ingredients to shaker
Shake without ice
Add ice to shaker and shake again
Double strain into chilled coupe
Garnish with half egg shell
