Ingredients
- 50ml Roe & Co
- Top with good Soda or Tonic (if you have a sweet tooth)
- Garnish with a slice of Grapefruit
Equipment
- Highball Glass
- Ice
Method
Add all ingredients to a highball glass and fill with ice.
Stir briefly.
Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit.
Feeling Fancy?
Shake your whiskey with a sprig of Rosemary, 20ml lemon juice and 10ml of simple syrup. Fine strain into a highball glass, top with soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
