- 50ml Roe & Co 106
- 10ml Honey
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- Mint Sprig garnish
Equipment
- Set of shakers
- Jigger
- Coupet Glass
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Fine Strainer
Method
Add all ingredients to the shaker
Add Ice
Shake hard for 6 to 8 seconds
Fine strain into your cold Coupet (with no ice)
Garnish with a mint sprig

Swap out the lime juice for lemon juice, add 20ml of Belsazar Rose and reduce your Roe & Co to 40ml. Shake and strain into a chilled flute, before topping up with Prosecco.
